We are also aware that our guests unable to attend will have many reasons for not being able to be with us. If you are unable to travel, particularly vulnerable in terms of your health, or for some other reason unable to show up in person, but still wish to join us virtually, we will be streaming the ceremony and parts of the reception live on the day of. Make sure to check our website for details on how to watch as the date gets closer!

We never thought we would STILL be in a situation where we would need to be thinking about this pandemic and its effects but, unfortunately, here we are. At the time of this writing, the Corona virus and Delta variant are still very much a thing, even as the alarming new Omicron variant begins its spread here and abroad, and we all need to do our best to protect ourselves and one another. For this reason, we ask that everyone abide by current CDC & WHO guidelines as regard Covid precautions. We strongly encourage all of our guests to be fully vaccinated AND boosted at least 21 days prior to attending our event, and to observe physical distancing while in attendance. If you are unable to be vaccinated, we will be requesting a NEGATIVE covid test (rapid or PCR) from you, and ask that you please wear a mask and take extra precautions not to infect those around you. Thank you for your help in quelling the spread of this disease and allowing us to safely celebrate our joyous union with all of our friends and family! If you are unable to be vaccinated in time for our event, please reach out to us regarding our Covid protocols.

Many of our guests will be coming to us from temperate climates. Please be aware that it gets HOT in Florida, even sometimes in March! As our wedding will be taking place outside, heat, humidity, and stinging insects may be factors. We will do our best to contend with any possible issues and to provide as comfortable an experience as possible for you, but we are also asking our guests to come prepared. Attire will be casual and you may wish to bring a parasol, hat, or personal fan. Sunscreen and insect spray will be on hand but you may want to bring your own if you have sensitive skin or have special preferences.

We want everyone to have the best time possible as we celebrate our union! In an effort to facilitate everyone's good time, we'd like to ask everyone to agree to our Safe and Supportive Spaces statement. Our event will be a welcoming environment for people of every background, regardless of political affiliation, religion and spirituality, gender, sexuality, identity, ability, or other personal factor. All events will be explicitly designated as 'relaxed' experiences, so people may come and go as they need, likewise, they may make sounds or motions at times other guests may consider to be inappropriate. We are all here to celebrate Brianna and Will getting married and, in this spirit of love and support, agree to support and accept one another. Guests will not harass other guests or members of staff, or intentionally cause any guest or member of staff to feel uncomfortable. Our celebration is (with certain explicit exceptions, including our immediate family only) going to be an adults only affair! In order to ensure we are able to provide the best experience for everyone we have made the decision to ask our guests to make other arrangements for children not listed on the invitation. Likewise, we ask that you not bring your pets, or any additional Party Members (other than those listed on your Save the Date). We will not have facilities to be able to accommodate children or pets, and if more people than expected arrive, we may not be able to serve them.
